Wrong. He has healthy mouth protrusion at the alveolar ridge, not the incisors; this causes convex philtrum which is good. Not a monkey-tier Asian philtrum. It's not that rare. A lot of people have it and it's more pronounced in girls.

What blacks like OP have is bimaxillary protrusion. Barett also has an overjet from maxillary prognathism but that's irrelevant.

Because bimaxillary protrusion is a deformity and affects the shape of your maxilla itself, back teeth need to be removed to create space to bring the teeth in front (especially the incisors) back.
