I have never had a “good” trip on shrooms

I took 4gs last night and the trip was so inconsistent I realized even at lower doses I just feel uncomfortable. I would talk to myself in my head hyping myself up then I would get waves of anxiety. Barely any visuals besides I witnessed everything get bright and I saw my walls moving. I have this picture on my wall and I’m surprised ts didn’t even freak me out
