Yeah but it’s crazy how half the us population is taller yet I have literally NEVER seen anyone taller next to him. he has the proportions of a like 5’9 guy yet stands like he’s 6’5

Nah he’s defo taller than 5’8/5’9 my friend had a pic with him at a c4 convention and my friend is 6’1 and they were the same height

Well there’s a couple of reasons why he looks so tall. I’ve actually met him in person at a fitness expo, pretty cool dude overall, looks bigger irl than on Instagram.

1. Bodybuilding is ripe with manlets who wants to be seen as more masculine and intimidating, as they weren’t born with the boon of height and body structure they cope with packing on as much meat on their frames as humanely possible, mostly to their aesthetic detriment. So even an “average height” like Jeff seid will be quite tall in comparison.

2. Not all height is equal. You can take 2 people that is objectively the same “length/height” but one can appear “taller” because of proportions. People with bigger skulls, longer necks, sloped/lowest shoulders WILL look shorter than someone with a smaller head and higher set shoulders, because body height and head/height ratio matters more to looking tall than just being “tall”.

With that being said, seeing Jeff Seid irl, it’s quite the spectacle. He looks ALOT TALLER than his Instagram pics, JFl lol at any 5’9 speculations. It goes back to my theory above, Jeff have a very small and compact skull, it’s comparable in size to my friend who’s 5,7/5’8, and his body height is really tall, probably comparable to someone who’s 5’11//6 ft, that is why when I stood next to him, I felt a strange sensation that I was being “towered” over by a much taller person, when in reality I met him roughly eye level.

Yeah I agree, they’re also a decent chance he wears lifts too since most famous people either wear them or thick soles
