Honestly it's hard especially if they are childhood friends but you HAVE to ditch them or convince every single one of them to ascend with you. If you dont, you will suffer tremendously both socially and mentally (mentally, because you dont feel the need to improve if u are around incel loser)

The middle ground would be to find a more attractive friend group and then spend less time with them but dont completely ghost em
