I have no idea what I am doing in life

Can anyone relate to me?


I am a senior in hs graduating in 2026

I have no passion and no desire for any career im just going to college because of societal expectations and money I guess

And I fumbled on the application process, I didn't apply to any good schools because I underestimated myself so all my rigorous courses were taken for nothing

I have no idea what college I am going to commit to and I don't want to travel across the country by myself and slave away at some college and then slave away at some 9/5

But I must slave away in order to make money for survival and live a life I don't want to live


Also I'm all alone and I hate being alone but I can't seem to get close to anyone maybe because I'm ND / unlikeable. Through all 4/4 of my highschool years I had 1-2 friends and nothing more.

i just wish I had more time being a kid/teen it feels like my life is over

i’m also going to college to get a 9-5 job to just because that seems to be the only option

i’m hoping i can at least build a social life there since college is shallow yes but way less shallow than high school

if this makes you feel better in anyway,

think of all the kids going to college for 4 years with the sole intention of partying and fucking around. If you just take advantage of your resources and truly dedicate the next couple years towards your aspirations, you can be headed in a direction most wont be after 4 years
