I have no undereye fat

Basically I have medium set low mass low prominence cheekbones which already make my eye area look like shit by making them more rounded. But I also have this additional problem where I have no fat under my eyes.

What are the surgeries and softmaxxes.

I also believe this is mostly a pajeet problem as the only pictures I found on the internet which display this failo are that of Indians.

While the lack of cheekbones makes my face look like shit anyways I can still somewhat compensate for it with my wide jaw and strong chin but when it comes to the eye area even having great eyebrows,eyelashes and pct doesn't prevent my eye area from looking like utter garbage
