I have an eating disorder and might relapse but enough is enough. I cold approached like 10 foids at a bar a few weeks ago and the rejection was unbearable, I’d gained some weight and the invisibility of being a MTN was completely brutal (20% body fat currently).

Anyway, I started this 1000 calorie deficit and it’s been all I can think about. I remember being lean and gamemaxxing about a year ago which made it easy to talk to prime women. The only advantage is that I now have more muscle mass but regardless, I genuinely need to see myself lean.

After all of this, I should be able to at the very least pull something.
Make sure you’re tall or gymmaxxed if you’re cold aproaching as a mtn

ok look its the same as not ever approaching 10 foids so don't be too sad about it and take it as constructive criticism
This is kind of cope but eventually you will be able to have one foid

I genuinely do look much better leaner, going from 20% to even 15% body fat can make a big difference. I’m 100% sure, I’ve seen the results before.

And even if there’s only a slight improvement, at the very least I’ll know that I realistically wasn’t missing out on much. At least I’ve have a bit of muscle too so there should be some definition.

Can I provide the context (it was a bar by the way)? I assumed that the way I introduced myself was cope but it may have made a difference in this setting.

By the way I used to successfully cold approach models in clubs like a year ago

My sister had a university-run event where the cohort (these were people from different STEM classes all across the uni, 50-100 people easily) would move between different bars in the city as a group (these were all popular bars open to the public).She knows that I’m generally pretty good with people so she didn’t have a problem with me coming along - even as a plus one (I don’t study STEM like her by the way).

To provide some context, I gained like 2.5kg of weight over the past month due to a binge eating problem (20% body fat at the time) so my confidence wasn’t where it should’ve been (the alcohol kinda hid it though). Anyway, I mainly tagged along because I didn’t want to rot at home bored.

Anyway, they let me into the first bar without a ticket and it immediately felt pretty uncomfortable. Fortunately, it was pretty normal to not know many people since a lot of people took remote classes so it wasn’t glaringly obvious that I was a random.

I started drinking more and approaching some girls. For some reason, I introduced myself by explaining that I just came along with my sister and wasn’t studying STEM at all. I probably repeated that at least like 6 times, not wanting to appear creepy. Anyway, the amount of soft rejection was completely brutal, the definition of MTN treatment. I’d usually strike a conversation, try to introduce myself, then watch as each girl made some excuse to leave or just left without saying much.

I did hit it off with this one MTB though, there were also these 2-3 LTBs who cold approached so it all seems like a textbook MTN outcome.

in 7th grade i ate about 700 calories per day and i was a fucking mumbai starved kid. be careful with your diet
