I have been diagnosed with ASPD, and substance abuse (tapering now to avoid wd's hell).
Although I'm not officially diagnosed yet, I meet all of the criteria for DSM-IV and DSM-V's definition.
My family has scored me at an average of 38 on the PCL-R test, but even the lowest score is still above 30 which is the cutoff line for psychopathy.
It's possible that I qualify as a psychopath, but I'm undoubtedly suffering from ASPD.
I hardly ever feel anxious and, if I do experience any anxiety, it's as minor as a fly that lands on you which is irritating but fades away quickly.
Due to your lack of concern for other people and their emotions, you can easily accomplish tasks that would typically pose an obstacle in obtaining what you desire.
The situation has both positive and negative aspects to it. If you learn to control yourself and avoid severe punishment or getting caught, life can be great despite everything.
