i ordered a collagen maxxing serum but its not that good tbh

u need a more gentle cleanser, maybe look into oil cleansing or cetaphil. Also after moisturising look into infadolan, it acts as a barrier to seal in moisture you get from your moisturiser, to help keep it from evaporating.

get to a good dermatologist , do tca cross ( on ice pick scars), subcision on other scars and radio frequency microneedling, all more than just once. Mircroneedling at home(that is without frequency) is rather a supplementation. There will be 50 percent improvement over 1 - 2 years (my guess).
