My frame is nearly perfected, all I have to do is build the muscle onto it which is happening. Just gotta grow my arms and calves and I'm chilling.

I feel like I've reached the point that I can thank everyone who gave me advice to improve my frame through puberty. My clavicles are wide my waist is narrow I'm 6'1 and still growing all thanks to people guiding me through my late puberty on here.

Now I'm on my goal of fixing my face, recessed maxilla is the death of me and it won't fix itself. :PepeLa:

From when I first joined, I was around 5'9 still and had quite a big muscle imbalance.

Age In between 16 and 20 and 5,7 and 6,3 Weight in between 105 190

I had quite a late puberty as well as fairly tall parents dad 6'2 mum 5'10. But I just found info that helped like excersizing often (I played football for a team so I was doing lots of sprinting because I was the fast winger) and I also go on my bike often but idk if that affected it as well. I also improved my diet trying to get more nutritional foods into it especially organ meat like liver and other red meats, I drink lots of milk and when I'm off school I'm usually outside in the sun getting vitamin d.

That's just stuff that I did idk what specifically helped me grow but these defo helped
