Surgery for Asymmetry is the only thing that might be somewhat necessary.
Maybe upper eyelid implants?
But I think you just need some serious soft-maxxing.
I like those suggestions, but I had a consult with Taban and Vrcek, two surgeons commonly recommended here, and both said they would only do filler to that area and were adamant on not doing any surgery. I am interested in seeing someone for infraorbital rim implants, but wonder what they will actually do, aside from alleviating undereye bags?hollow upper eyelids, downturned brows, downturned lowerlids, under eyes are hollow too.
fat graft on periorbital area + cantho + infra implants. Then reverse browlift with botox on inner part of brows.
I wouldnt mess with anything else, too risky for small gains. Save for youthmaxx and move on, seems to look good overall.
