fat graft on periorbital area + cantho + infra implants. Then reverse browlift with botox on inner part of brows.

I wouldnt mess with anything else, too risky for small gains. Save for youthmaxx and move on, seems to look good overall.

I like those suggestions, but I had a consult with Taban and Vrcek, two surgeons commonly recommended here, and both said they would only do filler to that area and were adamant on not doing any surgery. I am interested in seeing someone for infraorbital rim implants, but wonder what they will actually do, aside from alleviating undereye bags?
