bro why do you think being in a caloric surplus or deficit is going to fix a rib flare jfl

I used to have this but completely fixed it
I'll try my best to explain how I fixed it
I guess you could call the way I fixed it an exercise but just breathe in and breathe out and hold that position. flex all your abdominal muscles and try to push your ribs more inwards in the most natural feeling position whilst looking down and hold it there for a long period of time (look in the mirror to see if your doing it right, your flare should be way less noticable) you can just do this throughout the day whilst you're sitting down or whatever, takes months to see results tho it took me about half a year to fix mine.
also I see you're gymcel never do stomach vacuums and try to avoid activities that require flaring out your ribs as much as possible ( jumps, long reaches)
you don't have flared ribs for no reason it's because your body adapted to something you were doing and you can fix it.

I think I know how I got it
I did a lot of sports which required jumping and reaching which flares your ribs out a lot which over a long period of time your body could adapt to
I used to be chubby and would do stomach vacuums a lot too.

hope this helps bro(y)
