Yes I’m bulking, but I also have severe OCD so I want to be able to get every single vitamin and mineral possible, basically a perfect OCD meal

1 or 2 kg of a non fatty carb source. Ex: 1kg of white rice or 2 kg of potato or both

500g or 1kg of some meat

This will provide around 4k+ calories, Wich can make a 5'11 (180cm) male get around 10kg in a month. Gym with heavy weights and few reps is good

You don't know your daily requirements, what and how much your gut absorbs, what other nutrients/macros are needed for certain nutrients to absorb and so forth. The requirements which we don't even know are probably individual and depend on many factors such as your activity level. Studies constantly prove each other wrong, we don't even know half the nutrient probably out there. You don't know your daily kcal requirements and it changes constantly based on your activity and even the food you eat. Most of the foods aren't even labeled correctly and have a margin of error that is allowed for kcals and macros. In other words even if you pay some smart fellow (nobody here lol) chances are the diet is still not even close to being perfect.

At least it wont be retarded like it is right now so you are trying to get better. I can tell you one thing. At 100 lbs you have not been getting enough of any vitamins or minerals so your perfect ocd diet has done the opposite of what you've tried to accomplish.

You just need a balanced diet with variety and most importantly more kcals that you are eating right now. Getting enough vitamins and minerals is not difficult in a kcal surplus. Your body doesn't give a fuck about them when it has to shut down critical processes while trying to keep you alive in a severe kcal deficit. There is a lot more to heath than vitamins and minerals. Your best bet is to overshoot and eat a variety of foods and follow a balanced diet. Start by counting kcals and trying to get your weight up slowly while being physically active. Myfitnesspal will help you hit the micros and macros and stay ocd if you wish.
