the only good thing about my physique is small waist however I have pretty shit shoulder width and I'm actively trying to increase it by spamming lats and shoulders
It's been like 2-3 months since I started gymmaxing and I started off as REALLY SKINNY 5'11 guy at 17 now I'm 145-150 pounds pretty lean.
I'm trying to avoid dirty bulk since it equals to fat which eqauls to estrogen which closes plates ( I have open plates )
school starts in a week or so as my senior year I want to show off as hell by wearing beaters and jeans on the first day since I got really damn good progress in the gym in just 2-3 months.
my hips are a problem though, since they are a bit wider than my small waist but since I have natural Vtaper it kinda masks it.
TLDR
Goal is just to framemaxx before senior year and get super jacked by the time I get to college or the military, how can I do that ( roidmaxxing is acceptable just tell me how the cycle works )
