I heard Creatine was good for brain, gives you more strenght

Does it interfere with sleep?

I practice my hobby after dinner everyday and I thought taking Creating around dinner to help me being good at my hobby

Does Creatine make you facially bloated though ? I have an insanely bad bloat genetic so I'm afraid of that too

I've never tried Creatine; also my job is pretty rough and physical, maybe Creatine supplementation could help in that regard

I don't want Creatine to disturb my sleep too, my sleep is too precious..

I said BUILDING strength by TRAINING strength and then RECOVERING...... over a period of time...... while on creatine.... will help your strength develop.

the benefit might be bigger if your diet was insufficient to begin with, but that goes for all supplements.

it increases dht and blots the fuck out of me personally, i dont use it because my face gets huge
