A few weeks ago I drank 5 cans of beer in 2 hours, 1 hour after the last one I vomited 4 times in 5 minutes

I only drank 5 beers it wasn't even that much and I had such a bad reaction

If thats the case then its probably something other than the alcohol, beer has all kinda of crazy bacteria and shit, different beers can have new stuff that your body is not prepared for

Not youtube itself just the content you sre consuming. There is so much useful information there if you know where to look e.g Gym Form demonstrations, Music, Learn various skills + academia, cooking, instrument,dance etc.

Although I have noticed most mainstream or big youtubers produce pure garbage to reach a 10 minute mark for maximum profit. For example ScottHerman used to make short 3 - 5 minute clips that were straight to the point with no extra fat. Those also happen to be his most popular videos.
