i think i genuinely have the biggest nose in the whole world, ive never seen anybody with a bigger nose than mine. it makes me look like a fucking jew. im definitely getting rhino as soon as i moneymax, my parents are probably gonna be mad at me and tell me that caring that much about my looks is feminine but i dont care, my nose is the sole reason i started caring about looks to begin with, im 99% sure if my nose was average or even small i probably wouldnt even be on this forum right now jfl.

rhinoplasty / alarplasty are relatively cheap and low risk surgeries, just wait it out until ur 18 or get ur parents to consent

ye probably , cheaper = lower quality for everything in kife

but it's best to get surgery when ur young so you can spend ur prime years with a good face, and when ur young you won't have a lot of money, so this is a risk id take

yea i might just take that risk but its not that bad cuz as u said its a low risk surgery and i barely saw anybody get botched by rhino and its gonna genuinely ascend me to like low htn even if thats the only surgery i do
