Arms went from 11 to 13 inches.
Legs went from 19.5 to 21.5 inches.
Neck went from 14.5 to 15.5 inches (only started training it last year)

Went from X frame to V shaped frame by training lats with yates rows until I could row like 200 lbs.
Built my traps by getting a RDL of 175 lbs for 12 reps.
Never trained abs for very long which is why they've never been visible.


I haven't been training for 8 years straight, but maybe a total of like 4-5 years in total, but still, nobody on here has worse genetics than me.

I can curl a 65 lb bar for 12 reps and do overhead tricep extensions with 17.5 lb dumbbells (per hand) for 12 reps (probably 45-50 lb bar).

I know guys who can't even curl 50 lbs for 8 reps who have 16 inch arms. My genetic strengths seem to be my quads, shoulders, and traps. My traps grew from only doing RDLs, by quads grew from squats even though I never got to 2 plates, and my shoulders grew from overhead pressing only 25 lb dumbbells for 12 reps.

Biggest difference between these two is Joe Fazer has much bigger legs but Jared has much bigger arms. This goes to show the difference in training specificity. Guys who focus too much on legs often neglect their arms to this extent and guys who focus too much on upper body often have chicken legs.

The only time a tall guy manages to appear massive is when his body fat percentage is very high, like here:

Yes, a couple years ago, when I was often not sleeping enough or eating enough and they are within the healthy range, my libido is often through the roof. The thing is I am making progress and I did get very strong and big in some areas but some aspects run in my family. Mom and dad have huge legs, small arms, my dad has never had chest muscles, only man boobs (filled with fat). My dad has 22 inch legs and he has never trained them before, and he also has 13 inch arms like me, he only trained them when he was very young but that never really goes away.

I am getting stronger though and my weight is going up month to month so I guess it's bound to happen any day now that my arms will grow to 16+ inches.
