I Have To Drink 6 Protein Shakes A Day

My parents were barely buying any meat so I had to drink 6 protein shakes a day, 144g protein total. I made sure to drink lots of water and take a multivitamin for some micronutrients. Lost my job to Covid so I don't have money to buy meat myself.

Is this fine, good enough, or bad for my health (I am cutting)
 
I don't drink any, I hate them

Prefer to get my protein through normal food

Bro if you are doing that at least make sure to add some healthy stuff like greek yogurt, banana, peanutbutter. These alone can jack up the calories by like 400-600 depending how much you put. Also just throw some leafy greens in like spinich or kale it doesnt taste like anything and you need vitamins. But just meal prep bro I gotta start doing that honestly seems like the move.

Yea it's only like 700 cals so I eat normal food to fill up the rest of my calorie requirements and protein

Should be fine yes. It's not even a huge waste of money if you get the cheap stuff in bulk. There are people who've cut on nothing but protein shakes with vitamin supplements and dumped fat like it was toxic waste.

dont ruin your kidneys over this shit.. you can get in a decent amount of protein without excess meat and shakes..
especially if they are made up of protein powder
