i have so much gas everyday this is unbelievable my nigga !

when i fasted for my colonoscopy i had 0 gas

im sure i will need to eliminate gluten and most carbs, especially starches

its a shame these are the best tasting

i dont crave goyslop i only crave sugar, like i just ate 4 cookies and did an hour of cardio and follow it up with 30 minutes after a rest this mfer ruined my life

for me sugar become very gross very quickly

so i can only have so much in one sitting before its repulsive

idk how ppl can eat a whole cake for example

i mean i aint ever eaten more than like 2-3k calories of sugar in a day but i had way more brain fog eating a jar of peanut butter a day

im getting a gluten sensitivity blood test in a few weeks maybe it'll reveal more

i think the source of food is a major contributor as well

maybe i need to move back to europe and i will heal

my entire life is just me trying to hold in my gas all fucking day

in high school i'd have the same problem until eventually developing ibd

prolly smelt like shit 24/7

its a large part why i just rot at home and don't go out
