Well I'd imagine you wouldn't want retinol near an incision seeing as it's an antioxidant and would cause irritation and delay the healing processi think i heard of this before ; i wonder why
No. You don’t need to stop it. Retinol is too weak to be a concern for a huge scar. If you were on iso then I’d understand, but they’ll only make you go off it for about a week…is this satire
They say that but it’s a gimmick. It’s more about leaving a possible deep scar that’s hard to get rid of. Retinol is too weak to cause this.Well I'd imagine you wouldn't want retinol near an incision seeing as it's an antioxidant and would cause irritation and delay the healing process
already thought that was the case just seemed logical to stop for a while to minimize skin irritation just in caseThey say that but it’s a gimmick. It’s more about leaving a possible deep scar that’s hard to get rid of. Retinol is too weak to cause this.
hows the evilmaxxing going bhaiskin will be so ahh
Irritation won’t be any different so long as you’re used to retinol. The main concern is deep scaring which is already rare enough. They have to globally say retinoids due to the shared mechanism, but in reality it’s only iso.already thought that was the case just seemed logical to stop for a while to minimize skin irritation just in case
