What routes and ways do you guys have to talk to other people? I’m thinking of having phrases on my phone and when I can’t think of something I can take it out and read off it!?

Just pratice with strangers. Literally go into discord vcs and start shit talking or use omegle

Try convosation threading. Convosation threading is taking what somebody has said and turning details of what they said into new questions or comments. Lets use the sentence "I went to the shopping centre with my girlfriend today" as an example. The key parts of that sentence are shopping centre and girlfriend. Questions you could ask off that sentence are "what did you buy at the shopping center?", "did you have a good time" or "how is your girlfriend?". Then their answer will give you more content for convosation threading.

Also let the other person do most of the talking. Still add your opinion in to make sure your not talking to them in "interview mode". But if your socially retarded (u probably are your on this site), letting a more extroverted person doing most of the talking is good.

Another thing to remember in a convosation is that people like talking about themselves. Try and focus on learning something new from them.

Dont do that shit with your phone. You can have some convosation starters on your phone when your entering a social setting but once you have initiated a convosation with somebody put your phone away. Reading of your phone like this is autistic af and people be weirded out by how non-NT you are.

Even if I act like I'm googling stuff? I will have phrases in my notes section on my phone. Im thinking of trying it out tomorrow I haven't went out of my house since quarantine.

When I talk to people I want their full attention. If somebody is using their phone while I am talking to them it annoys me. Im sure most people feel the same way I do. If your talking to somebody if you give them your full attention it will appear your more interested in what they have to say. This will make u more likeable.
