Around this time of year right before winter the skin on my hands starts peeling. By September or October they get dry, scaly, red and shed like in the picture I just took after lifting. That’s why I use grips. It doesn’t hurt but it’s irritating. My dad, grandfather and even his father had the same thing so it runs in the family but my dad's peelling is way worse. I only have skin peeling on my fingers. His entire hands sheds like crazy. There’s no real cure for it. Creams can only speed up the peeling otherwise you just have to put up with it for a few weeks
