I Haven't Been Gymcelling For Almost 2 Months

The last day i worked out was on 28th of July

From the 29th of July to 27th of August i had a cast on my whole leg so i couldn't either workout and even walk
After the cast was removed i could walk only with the help of crunches
Right now i can somewhat walk normally but still can't do squats or any serious leg excerises with weights

My physique has not gotten significantly worse and anything like that because my diet throughout this time was the same as when i used to train
I hope i can start training again because it was very calming for my mind to train and wear off my body
