I havent grown taller in over a year and i need help!

Im currently 14.5 yrs old and i havent grown taller in 15 months i went to the doctor and they did a xray and said that my growthplates are still open so does anyone know what i could do to grow taller?

I don't recommend taking any roids at such a young age, just try to softmax your health and come back in a year or so, it's normal to have times where you don't grow.
