Same. I also read hair forums every day yet I seem to know pretty much everything I need to know and it only makes me obsess over my hair loss more leading to more stress, which is counterproductive.

I need to stop but nothing is fun to me right now. I start a video game and I get bored 5 minutes in then I just alt-tab back and rot on here or some other forum/youtube. My brain is broke.

I am rotting right now but this forum pointed me in the perfect direction for skin care and I got all the knowledge I needed to know about surgeries that I am consulting for and which surgeons to go to. Been hella helpful and spectating the forum drama is hilarious

Bro you were literally the greatest poster on this site throughout the month of November, in fact you still are. Unfortunately for me I don't actually need anything done to my eyes so most of your threads were of no use to me even though I can be bothered reading long posts and actually make an effort to looksmax.
