I haven’t seen very tall people with facial assymetries

I guess intensive growth somehow affect facial growth too. Assymetry is mostly for non big people trait. Average and small people have always slightly assymetry in the face but I’ve never seen that tall people have it

Same here. My two close friends are 6'4. I'm 6'0 so not tall at all, but... it's actually weird that we all have the same deformities: downward growth combined with maxillary asymmetry and nw2 hairlines.
