I just use water every day, and rub and scratch my scalp in the shower
Pros:
- hair has more volume and can be styled as I basically have natural hair product
- hair looks and feels pretty consistent, unlike when shampooing, when my hair would be too flat and soft after shampooing, and then get greasy after a couple of days without shampoo
Con:
- I have built up gunk in my hair. Looks fine, but when I comb it I get a bunch of waxy residue on the comb. This is probably the shit that lets me style it, but I would probably have to shampoo it if I went for a haircut or something. I cut my own hair
I'm considering like a once a month or something shampoo, to reset the gunk, but I don't want my hair to go back to how it was when I was shampooing

conditioner is usable. The reason people do no shampoo is because it’s like directly applied to the scalp and with time makes it oily or something but conditioner it’s only on the hair itself and not the roots of it. I don’t use shampoo either but I do use conditioner
