im just living a normal life

and not watching porn 2 hours a day

there are some pros tho (also was the goal for my "nofap")

• though indirect, i definitely felt a boost in confidence

the good thing here is the confidence boost. Porn is unrealistic and gives you gooner aura if youre not NT and gigalow inhib, in some weird way it makes you socially anxious and autistic

something is really different this time
i don't feel any urges

tho i did get the thought quiet a few times but it wasn't strong enough to convince me to watch porn
it was like "i don't have anything to do, should i watch porn?/ i feel like watching porn" but then I was like "meh, I'll just watch sum anime"

when I tried to quit earlier the urges were INSANE and I could just barely go by the day

also one of the reasons i had to quit porn, was to form a stronger connection with god
