That sounds fucking horrendous. What are the benefits for it to be worth it?Cold therapy usually implies taking ice baths because they cover the whole body at once, this also boosts your brown fat activation which is nice
Also to have really good effects one should do it for a longer duration than that of a shower
As long as you can, should adapt to be able to do it for several minutes straight, the more the better
JFL I was thinking thisThat sounds fucking horrendous. What are the benefits for it to be worth it?
I was thinking this too. Great minds think alike tbh tbhJFL I was thinking this
It's actually pretty meditative if you are cold adapted, just start slowly like take big icebags and put them on your belly/torso while in a bathtub, can read it detailed on jack kruse's websiteThat sounds fucking horrendous. What are the benefits for it to be worth it?
Mirin tbh tbhI was thinking this too. Great minds think alike tbh tbh
tbh you could also just lose weight. I hate the cold. It's actually pretty meditative if you are cold adapted, just start slowly like take big icebags and put them on your belly/torso while in a bathtub, can read it detailed on jack kruse's website
Basically it benefits your mitochondria, makes excess fat basically "melt" away while building up brown fat which converts fat into heat
Increases leptin sensitivity by a fuckton which is also quite important nowadays
Also the body gets much healthier, there are many kindergartens in russia where they have a morning routine of all the kids walking around naked in the snow and then the take buckets full of cold water and basically spill it over their heads themselves, they love it and they don't get sick, they even have statistics on that, amazing stuff tbh

Also this will keep you lean and you will actually like the cold, if adapted you can run around half naked in the winter without any problems because your body just begins to warm up like a furnace, feels amazingtbh you could also just lose weight. I hate the cold.
I might have to try when I become 10% bf.Ok it's mainly in siberia i think

Well it does make you lose fat and it's probably easier to do when fat in the beginning cuz you've got that insulating layer still while almost no developed brown fatI might have to try when I become 10% bf.
