the whole day almost (most of the morning + some of the evening, noon was free)

i only usually hit 20k to 24k at max, today was a whole 11k extra on top of my usual

a lot of moving around and walking in the morning + quite a long break but passive steps in the afternoon + a lot of steps in the evening
