How many years/months of training did u do to reach a 100kg bench?

It took me atleast 1 year of training to reach 100kg
I've been training for 6 months now and my pr is 65kg, hope I could reach 100kg soon bc I know some guys who have been training for years and yet they still cant do two plates

Depends on genetics aswell
 
It's really accurate if your talking about 100kg
How much did you weigh at the start? Im 78kg and bench 80kg one month in but if its gonna take that long for me to bench 100kg im roping
 
These "gym is cope" retards lack the dedication and lack the braincells to realise gymmaxxing is one of the best ways to ascend and quickest too. Not everyone can afford to be skinny, only guys who are top tier super models can get away with it

Best ways yes.. quickest not SO much i've been naturally lifting for 2 years and tbh i've always wanted to Say fuck it and start roids but i'm afraid of SIDE effects
 
wtf max i can bench is 40kg after a month

its over for me

brutal been lifting for a year and I think i cant bench 70kg
at least im not skinnyfat no mo tho

I did 300 pounds for 5 reps on the incline bench. But I'm BBC
 
I did 115kg for 12 today and got shoulder impingement after that lol
 
Same BW as me but my pr is 10lbs lighter, I’m roping.
