It took me 1 and a half year to get to my prime body, there are people working out for over 3 years and they look like they joined the gym a month ago

It takes longer if you're tall like me. I was working out for 2 years and still needed like 20 lbs more for ideal. Also my starting point was low and now I'm basically back to square one cause I completely stopped going to the gym for years.
And out of the 2 people I was working out with one of them said I was experiencing the fastest gains.

How tall are you?

Even some people who are short don't grow at all (and these are the ones that you see the most in gyms)

It's easier to gain muscle after you've already been there cuz of muscle memory. I'm planning gain 10kgs this december and it will be possible because of muscle memory, at least 6kg of muscle, 1 of water, 3 of fat

6kg of muscle in 1 month? Are you on roids?

Genetics and/or shitty training. I always looked decently strong even before I touched a barbell, whereas some guys look like twinks after 5 years of lifting.

You will probably gain 2 lbs of muscle and 15 pounds of fat lol

Nope

But It's possible to gain 1kg a week from noob gains, and since I'm underweight, it's reasonable to think I'd be able to get does 1kg + a few more from the muscle memory. At least 5kgs is possible. I'll need to work hard af though

No way, I remember I gained 10kgs/22lbs in 2 months when I first started out and I still looked lean

Never tough muscle memory would be so good, thx for the info

.

Based on all of this, here's how fast you can expect to build muscle on average: Average Natural MAN: between 0.25 and 0.5 pounds of muscle per week (or about 1-2 pounds of muscle gained per month).

Shit, with muscle memory it's probably 4 pounds only, OVER. But whatever, I'm lean rn, gaining fat won't make me look like a sausage
.

"Because a pound requires 3,500 calories to build, a 500 calorie increase a day will support a weight increase of 1 lb. per week. If your body cannot build muscle this quickly, however, some of this weight gain will be fat."
