I haven’t been in like 4 months and I still have a good v-taper, it’s mainly dependent on bones and leanness

this is kinda retarded because the gymcels will add smv. even if they are ugly or have a bad frame
Muscle is muscle, and muscle is attractive. Who would have known?
That's why I'll never say gym is 100% cope.

It doesn’t increase smv, and you know damn well you don’t enjoy it
I dont enjoy studying too. But its good for you.
Ofc it increases SMV, is it better to have a good physique or to be fat/twink?

Studying is actually important and can determine your future

Just eat healthy and you won’t be fat or a twink

Muscle isn’t attractive
Yes it is. A girl told me she would like me a lot more if I had more mass on chest

The gym helps with that and also helps you build muscle.

Muscle is bad

Literally just shortens your lifespan
You dont need to be Cbum :lul::lul: Athletic bodies age more slowly. Good lifestyle increases life expectancy

A skinny untrained Chad with wide clavicles isn't more attractive than the trained Chad with lean muscle definition, one simply looks better than the other. Idk why he thinks it's cope

Doesn’t really increase SMV past a certain point though. Anything beyond this is more male gaze

Good lifestyle = eating healthy, relaxing, having friends and family

Stress shortens life span, gym causes stress

Middle picture is just caused by bad diet
Ok bro thats coping to not exercise. You do what you want to do. But the others follow studies, not vibes.

Saying exercise = bad is insane.

Once again, vibes lmao.

Even without studies, you can use observation to see that those who exercise are generally healthier

This is what untrained wide clavicles look like btw. You still need some muscle

Stress is bad for the body, this is pretty obvious
Of course, if you ignore the other 3292983 benefits because you don't believe in studies. you will only focus on the stress.

imagine me answering you now that I don't believe that stress is bad for the body.

I can't believe I'm debating whether physical exercise is good for your health or not on this forum.
