A good start would be to take a normal frontal photo of your eyes instead of whatever that is

Hair growth at the lateral part of your eyebrow ---> Topical minoxidil and peppermint oil. (tbh you're already good on this front)

Coloured contacts obviously --> Halloween is a good time to try them and have a reason to try them I guess... Maybe you tell people they got stuck? It might also be easier to fraud a lighter eye colour on a night out since everyone is intoxicated? I don't know too much about this my eyes are A30 but everything else is shit so I've got bigger fish to fry.

General eyebrow density --> An underrated side effect of more dense eyebrows is that it makes your brow ridge appear more prominent.

Increase eye contrast --> dye eyelash blue black and eyebrows 2-3 shades darker than your hair colour (idk maybe that would be brown 3.0 for you but I can't see your hair colour).

Under eye colouration --> beauty balm is honestly best its completely undetectable and encourages you to wear sunscreen - but 15% azelaic and caffeine serums might help a bit.

Honestly though your eye area is CL I wouldn't worry too much - there are probably bigger failos in your life to worry about (unless you're legit CL academics, money, relationships etc etc in which case good job)
