Just put a bandaid on it if it's not too serious, and then go to ur doc and request a tetanus shot (you need one every 10 years)

i got one a few years ago, i don’t think it’s thattt bad bc knife only went in about 1-2 inches into my finger tip. if it’s still bleeding in a few hours i’ll head to the ER

1-2 inches sounds pretty deep ngl. And if it's still bleeding after a few hrs that's not a good sign

Tbh if you head to the ER they likely won't give your "minor" injury any priority and you'll have to wait for hours on end. I'd recommend calling the ambulance. They can probably help you, before taking you to ER if deemed necessary
