I have NOt eaten sugar for week and i do cardio everyday. Today i ate 7g of loose candies.. i hope this does not affect my hollow cheek and debloating project…

ur fine dawg, I eat like ice cream and snacks everyday, I'm still at around 12% BF with no peculiar bloating.

Just make sure to stay hydrated and on maintenance or a deficit.

Fucking doctor says that you should eat only 50g sugar at cheating day. It does not make anysense.

your average diet has more than 80g of sugar even when you are not eating anything particularly sweet or sugary

Thanks buddy.. i run everyday and eat less calories and sauna max 2 per week.. my collGen has improved drastically.

That is good to hear, eating candy in moderate amounts is nothing to worry about physiologically speaking.
Although, on a psychological level, I would stay vary of my self-discipline, but it sounds like you've got that part under absolute control.
