Idk wtf just happened

I was hanging from a bar, and was only hanging for like 5 seconds when i felt my arms go

The next thing I remember was kneeling or lying on the floor with my mum asking if I was OK lol

Idk how long exactly, but under 20 seconds cos I was timing my hang

But yeah, that was weird af. The sensation I had was as though I was being woken up, when you're confused initially
