When I started my weight loss journey, I weighed 270 pounds around 1 and a half ago. A month ago, I weighed 198 pounds, and now I am at 179 pounds. My goal is to reach around 160 pounds shredded out of my mind. I’m 6’2 btw so I’m basically going to look like a fucking stick but it’s worth it for hollow cheeks.
