This. Zoomers will literally bring out the weakest men in the history of mankind. I look at my dad and uncles (boomers). All men who are handy around the house, work on their cars, hold high positions in companies. The generation of men below them (my older friends, cousins) a bit weaker. But millennial and gen z its fucking over. Addicted to porn, fast food, don't know shit outside of video games, posting to IG, and reddit. Dopamine addicted fiends.

In my company most of the young employees are girls. Girls aren't as addicted to dopamine/porn./video games. They can actually concentrate and meet their deadlines. Young girls are out earning young men.

I know this problem all too well. Best solution I have found is temporarily getting completely rid of internet access. I got a time-locked safe for that purpose where I put my phone and lan cable for a period of time. You'll also have to work on your dopamine sensitivity. If you keep bombarding yourself with low effort high dopamine activities you are truly fucked.

I came up with a solution that actually worked for me: instead of trying to study all day or something purposely LIMIT the time you'll study in a day and then think to yourself after x amount of time studying I HAVE to stop and I'll be done for the day (do other stuff). Now I feel less stressed and sometimes I just wake up early and "get it done" to feel confident that for the rest of the day I can do whatever else I'd like. Also, I literally have a timer to count the time when I'm working/studying to the tea, if I get up to the bathroom that time doesn't count towards my daily count, this ensure that it's quality, focused time.

Try it with 5, 10, 15, 30 minutes at first and then slowly get it up to maybe a couple of hours per day and no more.
