You put chicken breast into a bowl with 1 cup of milk let it sit for 5 min
while it sits you mix flower, chicken seasoning, black pepper, red pepper, salt into the flower ( no need for extra measurements just add as many as you like )
than you dip your chicken straight from the bowl to the flour mixture and double dip again
then you fry it
