bruh of course height is going to be important for actors since they want the scenes to look good i said that it hasn't been much of an issue when it came to dating cuz 100 years back men used to pick women so a short guy would naturally pick a shorter girl for himself leaving the taller girl for a taller guy whereas right now we have 5'1" women dating 6'4" guys leaving a 5'6 guy and a 5'10 woman without a partner

being taller has always been more advantageous in social situations but i doubt that it bothered short guys that much back then, right now being short is fucking brutal because 90% of women don't want to date a guy below 5'10"
