I was really anxious as the container inched closer to my lips, I felt like I was doing something forbidden due to the modern diet culture.

I didn't find the taste good or bad, it was neutral. Soon after drinking the blood I felt my head buzzing and slight dizziness accompanied by feeling of warmth in my extremities and face. I looked at myself in the mirror and noticed that my nose and cheekbones had modest red blushing on them.

30 minutes later my skin all over my body began looking tan, my veins had surfaced and I felt slight euphoria and urge to socialize.

Will continue trying different raw animal foods as I find reliable sources

Blood is ridiculously hard to get at a decent price/amount.

I often used to go to local farms to ask for it but it's just not worth the price tbh.

I'd probably try setting a farm of my own and draining a bit every day without slaughtering it just like the Masai do.

Another option I tried looking into was bio-research labs but I'm not sure about the quality/testing/safety/freshness or if they only just sell to other labs.

I also sometimes like mixing it with milk [raw obviously] too.

On its own I don't drink it cold though.

You can also get the same "euphoric" feeling from high meat but you need to be careful not to risk contamination when you try fermenting it.

Raw organs should make up the bulk of your diet too.

They also sell human blood too.

How do people eat meat raw and not feel like sick or fuck up? I want to be able to do it just because there are people doing it out there so I wanna try out

It's literally just meat and food like anything else.

Sushi, steak tartare, carpacio, ceviche etc. are all raw meat.

You've been conditioned and brainwashed by modern society's toxic culture into thinking these natural foods are "gross" or disgusting when Humans beings have been eating them for thousands of years.

We're only meant to eat so that we live long and healthy lives; not just because something "tastes good".

I want to be able to do it just because there are people doing it out there so I wanna try out
This really goes for just about anything but you shouldn't try something just because everyone else is doing it.

You're jumping on a trendy fad without understanding any of the risks of it or even any of its true benefits for that matter.

High meat is not something im looking to ever try.
Raw salmon, blood and raw beef are enough for me to feel euphoric

I agree no wonder why we aren’t the man who our father was.

But yet again, sushi and salmon is great but I’m talking about raw pork and chickn because that shit is dangerous

It's not for everyone especially when you don't know how to do it right tbh.

You should still eat organs though muscle meat isn't nutritious enough on its own in the long run.

It isn't the only reason and won't automatically fix everything causing that but sure.

I don't recommend eating them though I have drunk their blood before, but even without those two you can still eat quite a lot of things raw ngl

Just do it with blinded intention that you're curious and know it's gonna be good. I can withstand the taste of liver after having that mindframe

Will do

If you're worried about any infections etc.
Just marinade the liver and leave it for a while. Might sound cope but I remember reading how certain winter tribesmen would use herbs and spices to cover up meats so that parasites are killed, therefore a possibility of using spices such as chilli powder can lower the amount of any parasites if existing.

Tho a clean liver would always look shiny when under a light or in general.

Up to you if you want to heed the marination part

Without all of this we would have died out

Legit feels like im on drugs every time i wake up, because all i eat is raw meat

How did you get the blood? It’s illegal to buy right?

U can literally buy that shit from regular ass supermarkets from the frozen food section.

If you want it fresh you need to buy it from farms
What country u in

Never heard of that country before
All of these countries have blood based foods in the form of sausages and pancakes for example so theres blood available for consumers

Well if it's frozen it's not raw. Just like meat that has been frozen isn't raw anymore, it's not alive so it's fundamentally not that different from cooked meat.

I have so much meat rotting in my fridge right now. I didn't rot it on purpose, I just bought too much. It's been rotting for some time and I'm still nowhere close to finishing it. The fucking smell of it. I guess I'll try putting some of it in a jar.

Cow blood doesn't really have that strong of taste compared to the way it smells and it's actually kind of mellow. There's also sometimes a slight aftertaste but it could also just be the smell working its way into my nose. I've also tried sheep and goat blood too and their blood does taste a little different just like their milk.

The "iron" rich flavour most people expect also isn't nearly as strong as [cooked] liver imo. Aside from maybe the smell I don't actually think most people would mind the taste that much though.

I've been drinking blood/eating raw meat for a long time now and I don't even eat for taste anymore since I've successfully managed to reset my palate. Then again I never really minded the taste before either.

High meat is usually fermented in jars, but the meat you described sounds old and could be rotten/contaminated.

You need to be careful when making high meat to not risk contamination since that's what gets people sick, but when fermented right it's perfectly safe.

what are your benefits of going raw?

Improved health.

I was suffering from some severe gut-related issues prior to my discovery of the raw primal diet and they've all completely ceased at this point.

Not to mention better skin, improved mood, energy, cognitive benefits, being leaner without looking older etc.

Although I'd prefer drinking blood raw it probably doesn't make that much of a difference imo compared to eating meat raw tbh.
