I just experienced the worst rot I've ever had

Started from yesterday morning when I didn't go to school because I didn't wake up. Ended up on my computer and playing rust until 1 am.
Had the worst sleep of my entire life, woke up, watched porn, then kept rotting from morning until midnight on rust. Then I acknowledged wtf am I doing And deleted the game, left my room and all my family was surprised because they didn't see me in the past two days. Checked my messages 10 minutes ago and saw students talking about an exam tomorrow morning. I don't know anything about that exam and not ready for it at all. anyways its like 1 am rn I'm studymaxxing. might be over.
