I just got into a heated argument about food with my family (they wanted my food)

so my family eat alot of crap unhealthy food they buy some good stuff sometimes but the money that they spend on healthy food is crazy like with that same amount of money you can buy twice the quantity of food and a better food.

so I started buying my own food and eating only healthy food, I eat only eggs red meat cheese chicken fish tuna fruit
and I buy what I need at a daily basis so I always buy at small quantity just for my daily needs and because I'm short on money too .

anyways evry time they see me eating eggs or red meat they want some of my food which is a small quantity just for me and I don't eat thier food so if they eat mine which is portion calculated specifically for my daily needs I'm going to be unhealthy but still healthier than them , so I stopped them from approaching my food my mom didn't like it that I don't share with them......... I'm so fucking pissed like bro if you want some eggs instead of buying donuts go buy some eggs and eat it instead anyways I destroyed them with fact that even dad agreed with me, at the end they told me that they liked how my meals looked like and they may start eating like me
