And then she said to take those things off and i told her to gtfo and then she gave me a woman slap and i said gtfo again and she got mad and pulled my long ass hair, i could barely contain myself i got up took the bands off and nearly punched her but i pushed her back and she started screaming at me calling me a loser.

Jfl at this bitch who made me 3 inches below average, refused to send me to a public school and destined me to become a hateful incel with no job or education in my late teens and is now complaining im not a productive human

Do excercise that makes small fractures in your shin, like sprinting running jumping, but it has to be high intensity for the bone to break. Then tie them with ankle straps and a resistance bands and you should feel a tension in your shins, this creates gaps your body fills in with minerals adding height but it takes effort, been doing it for 3 months and its barely 1cm but when i rub my shins there are small concave sections of the leg

Idk probably cope considering how time consuming it is but its better than LL, ive grown less than a cm thats 4cm a year with 2 hours of workout a week

Try it but get good straps that pull from the bottom because i did it for 3 months with subpar straps and wasted effort
