Only body part that looks good when disproportionately large is your Shoulders or arms really and upper chest can fit it

but those guys with the massive legs that are bigger then their upper body look stupid, it makes you look shorter, your main goal should be proportions

train your weak spots until they are equal

also no one cares how big you are unless your very lean

Yes but if you train everything equally, your legs will get bigger, thats just how it is

you shouldnt train equally

When it comes to proportions and just trying to look as visually aesthetic as possible, your weak spots should be the biggest focus, you should still try to grow everything but sacrifice some frequency to your strongparts for ur weakspots

ie, small delts but everything else is growing well

you should still train everything but give an extra day for just delts

Giving an extra day to one muscle group will only induce atrophy. More volume doesnt mean more growth in any natural circumstance.
