I just injured a fly. What should I do??!?!

Basically a fly was buzzing around my bedroom so I tried catching it but it was too fast, but I hit it so hard that its wing fell off. Instead of killing it, I just picked it up with a tissue and threw it outside.

Now it's suffering since it can't fly anymore. I feel kinda bad ngl. What should I do?

You should put it out of its misery, like you would to a miserable, sad, abused dog.... like yourself.

Not only would it be an act of kindness, and some may even say an act of love, it would be a massive relief for the ones around you.
I mean think of what your family and "friends" have to deal with on a daily basis? Do they really deserve to be plagued with the presence of a "person" like you?

Keep this in mind.
