slice chicken breast into cubes
add: 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp turmeric, 1 tbsp cumin, 1 tbsp garam masala, 1 tbsp chili powder, salt and pepper (like a tbsp) tbsp of crushed garlic, 1 tbsp low fat greek yogurt

mix it and let marinate for 5 mins

sauce:
1 chopped onion, cook, use same seasoning as above but ignore garlic and yogurt
then add 250g
80g light cream cheese
saute and mix

then add your chicken
