I already found a nice secluded area, train station nearby, good apartment and house complexes, but I need to suffer a year through university accommodation, it’ll be my first time moving out and living by myself so I need the experience first before I move into a house by myself

not even close. Minimum wage in USA is 7.25, or 15k a year working FULL TIME
2k a month would be 24 k a year.
If you were making 10 dollars an hour, you would need to work 50 hours a week every week of the year to make that much,
